To take part in mystery shopping research , you need not have any special degrees. You must have adequate communication and writing skills to land an assignment. You will need good communication skills in order to interact with the staff. Your writing skills are necessary to be efficient for writing the report. Most companies prefer detailed reports. They give you certain parameters beforehand. Now you have to list your observations under those parameters. Provide examples as far as possible. Avoid giving your opinion. You can mention tips for improvement at the end if you really have something that you feel would have value. It is not compulsory though. You are hired to point out the problem.
