The truth is that we may let our homes go in terms of clutter and dust. We can consume ourselves with deadlines from work, and spending time with our loved ones and will not give our homes the tender loving care it deserves. When you look at it, your home does give you a roof over your head, give you warmth and keep people that do not belonging in your home outside. We owe a lot to our homes, but we do not act like it. We let the corners of walls get dusty, or carpets get dirty from the daily traffic, and we do not always clean up the spills or the messes we make.

The majority of people work Monday through Friday in the beginning of the day to the point in which it is almost dark. So that typically frees up the weekend for them in order to do the things around the house that they would not have time during the week to do. Ok.  I am not an expert on hockey but my friend knows less than I do.  I am on my way to my Bennington Heights storage and she can meet me there.  She wants to impress her friends while they watch the game today, and she needs help.  I agree to help her with this problem and I go over the most important things to tell her to make her look good.

I am getting rid of old clothes in my storage locker today to make room for other stuff I should have thrown away a long time ago.  I will beat her to the place and tell the manager just let her in.  I told the manager what kind of car she drives and all of that.  I have bags of clothes to go through, and a lot of them I will not even remember ever wearing.  There she is.  She parks by my car and watches me dump bags of clothes on the ground.  “You used to wear this?”  She asks holding up a weird old Rush t-shirt.  I did not remember but I think I will keep it anyway.  Ok.  Time to start.

In Bennington Heights storage, I will attempt to explain some things about hockey.  First, you must watch the puck. It is hard to follow the puck on a TV set, but you must try hard to do it or you will never understand the game.  Next are wingers, defensemen, goalies, and centers.  Here is what they do.  They do not stay long on the ice, maybe one minute at the most.  Another line comes on; a line is two wingers and a center.  Sometimes the defensemen, or D-men, change too.  Hockey is a grueling sport and a minute on the ice is a lot.  The coach will match lines to offset the other team’s way of playing.  You want to stop their best lines with your best lines to stop them.  Now there are offsides and icings.  There are penalties.  The hockey stick is not a weapon.  No slashing or tripping, high sticking and things like that.  There are a lot of penalties.  A player who trips another player goes to the sinbin or penalty box for two minutes, fighting is five minutes.

I dump more clothes in my Bennington Heights storage and try to explain some of the plays in hockey.  There are give and goes and cycling and power points and two on ones and three on twos.  Your line changes must be clean, can not have too many men on the ice.  That is a two-minute trip to the sinbin.  Five on four if you wish.  Yes, Goalies are great skaters.  Yes, I am throwing that shirt away.  I have had storage a long time.  Do you want to learn hockey or not?  Ok.  I think we covered a lot of stuff.  Make sure you watch the puck.  The D-men try to pass the puck to the wingers or centers with speed in the neutral zone.  Goalies can stop the puck if they can see it.  Screen shots are shots where the goalie can not see the puck.  The most goals win the game.  Easy eh?  Not really.  I know hockey is a tough sport to follow.  Watch the puck.

The hockey game will be on in one hour.  We have brews and chips and all the family and friends are here.  We are all excited because these are the playoffs and every game takes on a bigger meaning.  Our team needs to win tonight’s game and I think it will.

The Stanley Cup is one of the best trophy’s to win and each member of the winning team gets his name engraved on it.  The hockey players skate with the cup in their hands around the rink as the fans go wild.  Winning on home ice is a great thing, but hockey fans know the game very well, and even on enemy ice, fans will cheer the winning team with respect.  So there you are.

One problem though.  The wife called and she needs something from our Belleville storage.  Wow!  Now?  Right now?  Can I make it before the game starts?  I do not want to miss a single moment of the game.  I will leave right now.  I run to the car and start it up.  I back out of the driveway and spin the car to face the correct way.  I jump stop signs and rush through intersections.  I am nervous and check the time often.  I need to rush to the Belleville storage, get the stuff, and get out.  Oh no, a red light.  It is a long red light and I tap the dashboard.  Come on, come on, let’s go, there it is, BAM!  I am on the move again.  A few more minutes and I will be there.  No traffic is good too but I know why there is no traffic.  There is no traffic because all of Canada is waiting for this game to start and they are already where they want to be to watch the game.  Except me!

I am here in the car going to get something for my wife.  I think I know exactly where it is in the storage unit too.  I am going it through my head on where this thing is my wife needs so bad.  I think it is just to the left of my toolbox and off the ground on this metal shelve and, good there is my turn.  I am almost there.  Yes!  I am here.  I punch the code in, zip to the building.  I leave the car running, run inside the building, and find my locker.  I have the key in my hand to the locker’s lock and twist it and I see the item my wife wants, I grab it, run out, relock the locker and take off.  I check the time and I think I can make it.  It might be close but I feel good just like I feel good about the game today.  My phone rings.  What?  Get more beer?  Why, Well, OK.  I will stop for more beer. Gee Whiz, what a time to run out of beer but you need beer for hockey.  I run in the store grab our favorite beer and pay and run out.  I leave the car running, hop in it, and take off.  Good.  I see my house. I park the car in the driveway and run inside.  I drop the beer on the table all the while looking at the TV.  I made it.

We will talk about Canada and storage.  I know this could be boring and a waste of time to most.  Agincourt storage is not a blistering topic on Face book or in people’s minds.  I have to talk about storage because it is becoming popular in Canada.

Hockey is still more popular in bars and in the street to talk about, but I will fight the urge to talk about it.  I will talk about Agincourt storage.  It is what I do.  Storage has made me money, not hockey.  They have football here too you know.  I will resist though.  I am in a zone about storage.  I want to know if people need more storage in Canada.  They do not like guns here.  Michael Moore said that in a movie.  He said they do not need to lock their doors in Canada.  He opened up a few to prove his point.  I am not going to open doors in Canada of people I do not know to see if Michael Moore is telling the truth.  Toronto must have some crime and reasons to lock doors.  I can not believe everyone is that nice in Canada as not to lock doors.  It is a big city, Toronto is.  I could check a door or two, maybe just turn the doorknob a little to see if it is locked or not.  I suggest though that people from Canada put locks on their storage units if they need storage.

They do store things here too I know.  People are making money building storage facilities here and making money.  Did I say people are making money here building storage facilities?  That is what I want to do here, so I am here to talk about storage, not hockey.  Okay, I will go to one game in Toronto.  What?  Sold out.  Every game is sold out?  How about football?  Is that all sold out too?  Do the hockey players or football players need storage?  They have gear right.  Hockey sticks too?  How about Agincourt storage.  Do they live there and play somewhere else?  They have snowmobiles too.  They have to put them somewhere.  They are big and take up a lot of room I heard.

Snow is everywhere.  They have snow carnivals and snow events and festivals celebrating snow.  I like snow once in awhile.  I sledded before and ice-skated too.  It was a very long time ago though.  I do not think I can even get into a bobsled or whatever they are called.  I should be nice to snow now.  I need customers to like me and if they like snow so do I.  It looks good falling from the sky.

I bet you people here drive very well in the snow and ice.  They are used to it.  In Dallas, Texas, they are not.  Three hundred accidents in one day when an ice storm hit the city.  I was there.  I did not see three hundred accidents though.  I saw one hundred in a total of five miles and ten iced up bridges.  I can watch hockey on TV.  I do not have to drive in the snow and ice.  It is warm in my hotel room and I feel all right.  I like snow really.  I like snow.  I do.

Nowadays, things are getting rough.  I mean, everywhere you look, you see families who are enduring hardships.  Some families simply are not making enough money to pay all of the bills.  Some families are going through divorces, while others are enduring the tragedy of losing a home to foreclosure.  Of course, when trouble strikes, you cannot simply wallow in your misfortune.  If you want to get your life back on track, you have to take matters into your own hands and act as proactively as possible.  In other words, you are going to have to get out there and rent a self storage unit.
