Giving your opinion to someone or a company that will actually take what you say and potentially make changes, makes you feel good. Everyone wants their voice to be heard and everyone wants to feel as though they are making a significant change somewhere. In the world of secret shopping, there are fair amount of people that want to get involved but are not sure how to do so. The secret shopper will be asked to either walk into their establishment, call on the one, write an email or even reply to a banner add on the internet. There are many different ways a person business can be shopped and every business could benefit from being shopped. When you sign on to do secret shopping, just ensure you know exactly what the business is asking of you and do your best to give them a great example of what a customer would think.
